What do I do if my package never arrives?
Currently, due to COVID-19, the USPS is experiencing delays. This means that it can take up to 30 days to receive your package. This does not include our processing times which are 1-2 weeks.
Will I receive a refund or a replacement if my package was stolen?
Unfortunately, we do not process refunds or replacements if your package is stolen.
What steps should I take if my package arrives damaged?
We understand that sometimes the USPS handles packages in a rough manner. This may lead to products becoming damaged during transit.
If your product(s) are damaged upon delivery, we ask that you take clear pictures/video of the damaged product(s) and send them to us within 5 days of delivery. Once we receive proof of the damaged product(s) we will gladly send a replacement.
If you cannot provide proof of the damaged items then we unfortunately cannot send a replacement.
I received the wrong product. What should I do?
We try our very best to ensure each customer receives exactly what they purchased. However, if you have received the wrong product, please send us a clear picture that shows the name of the product that you received and we will gladly send you correct item.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
All sales are final. We have a strict no cancellation, no refund, and no return policy.
